Mevcut saha kapasitesi 2500 olan Pendikspor Stadyumu, yapılacak çalışmalarla 7500 kişiye çıkarılacak. Bu genişleme projesi kapsamında kale arkaları büyütülecek ve üst tribün kısmı kapatılacak.
